Talk about professionalism and dedication! I was selling my mother's house. We spoke and created a plan to prepare the house for sale. My mother had a change of heart and we had to delay the sale. Have to say, Trish is a true professional. I am from another part of Ontario, looking in Kawartha Lakes to buy my forever home. Trish understood exactly what my requirements were. She appreciated how quickly we would have to move in order to get what I wanted, and was on top of absolutely everything. We were in to see my home at 1:00, had an electronic offer into selling agent by 3:30, offer was presented by selling agent at 6:30, and the home was mine by 8:30 that night. I realize you have to move quickly today, in that properties are snapped up VERY quickly. She listens, she acts for you thoroughly (even attended to my inspection for me), and she gets the job done right, the first time.
