I was fortunate to have randomly picked Trish Todd's name from the internet. Did I hit the jackpot!! I was selling my brother's condo for his estate, but our hands were tied because we had to wait for probate to finish. In the interim, she patiently kept in touch periodically, and when the time finally came, seven months later, she took care of everything. The condo was listed for one week, and we held offers. Talk about professionalism and dedication! I was selling my mother's house. We spoke and created a plan to prepare the house for sale. My mother had a change of heart and we had to delay the sale. She was understanding and kept in touch. When we were finally ready, Trish picked up where we left off without missing a beat. The listing was well marketed with video, descriptions and links. Have to say, Trish is a true professional. I am from another part of Ontario, looking in Kawartha Lakes to buy my forever home. Trish understood exactly what my requirements were. She appreciated how quickly we would have to move in order to get what I wanted, and was on top of absolutely everything. We were in to see my home at 1:00, had an electronic offer into selling agent by 3:30, offer was presented by selling agent at 6:30, and the home was mine by 8:30 that night. I realize you have to move quickly today, in that properties are snapped up VERY quickly. She listens, she acts for you thoroughly (even attended to my inspection for me), and she gets the job done right, the first time.
