Have to say, Trish is a true professional. I am from another part of Ontario, looking in Kawartha Lakes to buy my forever home. Trish understood exactly what my requirements were. She appreciated how quickly we would have to move in order to get what I wanted, and was on top of absolutely everything. We were in to see my home at 1:00, had an electronic offer into selling agent by 3:30, offer was presented by selling agent at 6:30, and the home was mine by 8:30 that night. I realize you have to move quickly today, in that properties are snapped up VERY quickly.
